About Aluckmao

Thank you for stopping by. Aluckmao is a small pet-product brand built around one simple idea: mealtime and playtime can be more engaging for dogs, and a good puzzle toy should be easy for people to understand, set up and clean.

We are not a giant retailer with thousands of products. We focus on a small, carefully chosen range of puzzle toys, treat dispensers and food-dispensing balls, and we try to describe each one honestly. This page tells you who we are, why we do this and what you can expect from us.

Why We Started

Many dogs eat from a bowl in a few minutes, then spend the rest of the day looking for something to do. Anyone who has lived with a clever, energetic dog knows the feeling: they watch you, they follow you, and they seem to be asking for something to work on.

Puzzle toys give dogs a different way to enjoy their food and treats. Instead of eating from a bowl, your dog can sniff, paw, nudge and roll a toy to find what is inside. Watching a dog work out a puzzle for the first time, with the tilted head and the focused nose, is one of the small pleasures of sharing a home with a dog.

We started Aluckmao because we wanted to offer products like these to dog owners, with clear information, fair pricing and support from real people who answer your emails.

Our Story

The Aluckmao name has been used for pet toys since 2023, and ALUCKMAO is a trademark registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S. Reg. No. 7,379,491, registered May 7, 2024, Class 28: pet toys). Our brand is operated by Nanchang Fengcun Technology Co., Ltd., a limited company based in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China.

Today we offer our products to customers in the contiguous United States and ship orders from a warehouse inside the United States. That means no overseas shipping waits, no customs paperwork for you, and sales tax calculated at checkout.

What We Make Available

Board Puzzle Toys

Our square puzzle boards have sliding covers, removable pieces and side drawers where you can hide small treats or dry kibble. You can change the layout to make the game easier or harder, so the same toy can grow with your dog's experience.

Round Puzzle Feeders

Our round feeders have a center container for dry food, flip covers and an adjustable release setting. Some models can be used as a slower way to serve a meal, because your dog needs to search for the food rather than eating it all at once.

Treat Dispensing Balls

Our balls hold dry food or treats and release them gradually as your dog rolls and nudges the toy. The opening can be adjusted to change how quickly the food comes out. Colors and sizes vary, and each product page lists the exact details.

What We Believe

Honest descriptions matter more than big claims

We would rather tell you what a product is and how to use it than promise results we cannot prove. You will not find claims on our site that a toy will cure boredom, fix behavior or make your dog smarter. Dogs are individuals, and every dog will take to a puzzle in its own way and at its own pace. We describe how each toy works, its size, its material and how to care for it, and leave the rest to you and your dog.

Safety comes with the product, not after it

Puzzle toys are made for supervised play. They are not chew toys. We say so on our product pages, and we say it here. Please watch your dog while they use a toy, choose food that fits the openings, and take the toy away if any part is chewed, cracked or damaged.

Dogs come in all shapes and sizes

A toy that is right for a retriever may be too large for a terrier. We list dimensions and the suitable dog sizes on each product page. If you are not sure which toy suits your dog, write to us and we will help you decide.

You should know what you are paying for

Shipping is free on every order. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you pay. Our return and refund rules are written out in full, in plain language, so there are no surprises later.

How We Choose Our Products

Simple to understand: a puzzle toy should be easy to set up on the first try.
Easy to care for: removable parts and straightforward cleaning make daily use more practical.
Adjustable: we look for toys with different setups, so you can start easy and increase the challenge when your dog is ready.
Clearly documented: we only sell what we can describe accurately, including size, weight and material.

How to Get Started With a Puzzle Toy

If this is your dog's first puzzle toy, a few simple habits help:

Start with the easiest setup, with covers open and a few treats in plain view.
Show your dog how the toy works, and let them enjoy the first few successes.
Increase the difficulty step by step as your dog becomes familiar with the game.
Always supervise, and clean the toy after each use.
Use food and treats that suit your dog. If you have questions about diet or health, ask your veterinarian.
