Welcome to Aluckmao. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchases from us. This website is operated by Nanchang Fengcun Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Use of the Website and Restrictions

The website and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, resell, scrape or republish our content, images, text or product information without our written permission
Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site, except for standard search-engine indexing

Purchase products for resale, or in quantities that suggest resale, without our written consent

3. Product Information

We try to describe our products, specifications and colors as accurately as possible. However:

Colors may look different on different screens.
Sizes, weights and capacities are approximate and may vary slightly.
Product photos may show items with food or props that are not included. The product page lists what is included.
Products are designed for pets and are not toys for children.
Product information is provided to help you decide. It is not veterinary, training or medical advice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation.
We may decline, limit or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or description error, insufficient stock, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to or a quantity limit. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund the full amount, including sales tax, to your original payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price you pay.
We make reasonable efforts to price products correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Applicable state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout and collected with your order.
Payment is due when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Discount codes, if offered, are subject to the terms shown with the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Risk of loss for products passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you provided.

7. Product Use and Safety

Our products are puzzle toys, treat dispensers and food-dispensing toys. They are not chew toys.
Use products only as described on the product page and for their intended purpose.
Always supervise your pet while using our products. Stop using a product and remove it if any part is chewed, cracked, loose or damaged.
Use food and treats that suit your pet and fit the product's openings.
Small parts may be a hazard for some pets. Keep products and small parts away from young children.
Follow the care instructions on the product page. Some models are not water resistant.
If you have concerns about your pet's health, diet or behavior, consult a veterinarian or qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to Nanchang Fengcun Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in China, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. ALUCKMAO is a registered trademark in the United States (U.S. Reg. No. 7,379,491).

You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our trademarks, logos or content without our prior written permission. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, please email us with details so we can review it.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments or other content ("User Content") to our website, social media or by email:

You confirm that you own the content or have the right to submit it, that it is truthful and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
You keep your ownership rights, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, edit and publish it on our website, social media and marketing materials, without compensation.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, spam or infringing.
We may review, edit, refuse or remove User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first: before starting any formal proceeding, please email service@aluckmao.shop with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
Binding arbitration: if the dispute is not resolved, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court before a judge or jury. Arbitration may be conducted by video, by phone or in writing, so you do not need to travel. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
Individual claims only: claims may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Exceptions: either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting concerns to a government agency or consumer protection authority.
Opt-out: you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order or email details.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, carrier or supply chain disruptions, internet or power failures, or government actions. In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and complete your order as soon as possible, or refund you if we cannot.

17. Account and Access Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or any account you have, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or misuse the site. You may stop using the site, or ask us to close your account, at any time. Termination does not affect orders already placed, any amounts owed or provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes. We may update, change or remove content, products, prices or features at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or current.
